Agreement:
This Agreement governs your participation in the Tradegreeks Referral Program (the “Program). This Agreement between you and Tradegreeks LLC (“Tradegreeks”) is in addition to the Membership Agreement, our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and all other documents and provisions applicable to the use of www.tradegreeks.com (the “Site”).
As a bona fide member of the Tradegreeks community, you are entitled to participate in the Program on the condition that you accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking on the “I agree” button below. If you do not agree to accept and abide by this Agreement, you should not participate in the Program. You can still use the Site links, but you won’t be paid for referrals. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement, the Membership Agreement and the Terms of Use, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.
Tradegreeks reserves the right, in its discretion, to change, terminate or modify all or any part of the Program or this Agreement at any time, effective immediately upon notice published on the Site. Your continued participation in the Program after such notice constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including any changes or modifications made by Tradegreeks as permitted above. If at any time the terms and conditions of this Agreement are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately cease participation in the Program.

Program Overview
The TradeGreeks referral program is designed to share commissions across four (4) levels. When a Member purchases a commission-eligible product or subscription, a referral commission is dispersed into a commission account. These referral commissions are based on a hierarchal structure as detailed in the Commission Payouts section. The purpose of this program is to broaden the TradeGreeks network and reward Members who bring in new subscribers.

Commission Details
When a Member buys a TradeGreeks commission-eligible product or service, a percentage of that purchase will be allocated for commissions. These commissions are split into the levels: Level 1, Level2, Level3 and Level 4. A Member accrues Level 1 commissions for each direct referral, the first level of “referral connections”; Level 2 commission-earnings accrue at the second level of referral connections, meaning the original Level 1 referrals, in turn, referred new Members. Similarly, Level 3 commissions reflect the third level of referral connections. Similarly, Level 4 commissions reflect the forth level of referral connections. A member should be eligible for the referral program to receive accruals. TradeGreeks reserves the right to change, at any time, what constitutes an eligible commission.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the accrued payout from the referral commissions, Members must:
- Agree to the Referral Program Policy
- Should have been a paid subscriber to any one of TradeGreeks monthly newsletter subscription for the entire duration of the commission payout perio
- Should not have any outstanding payments pending with TradeGreeks LLC

Commission Calculation and Payout
- Commissions are calculated for calendar month
- Any products, unless specifically exempted for the product, shall be considered for referral commissions
- Payments to be considered for referral commission would be adjusted for discounts, refunds and reversals.
- Payments should have been atleast 30 days older from 1st of every month and hasn’t been considered for prior referral commission, to be considered for referral commission calculations.
- It would take about 4 weeks for the referral commission payout to be posted to the members
- All commissions to be paid out in US Dollars only
- All commission payout would be done online via Paypal. Additional fees of $20 may apply for check request for the payout.
- If a member becomes ineligible for commission than the commission during that period only will be forfeited and will not be adjusted in subsequent months
- New members joining in the middle of a month will be considered active for the entire month in which they join
- The following dates are considered for Quarterly Bonus calculations: Quarter 1 - Jan 1 to Mar 31, Quarter 2 - Apr 1 to Jun30, Quarter 3 - Jul 1 to Sep 30, Quarter 4 - Oct 1 to Dec 31

Referral Connections
Referral Connections are considered only if a member enters the referral ID during registration process or by editing their profile.
Any change to the referral ID by the member will change the referral connection
Once a referral connection is established it will not be deleted even if the referred member is de-active
A referral connection can be requested and can be added manually by TradeGreeks support team for an additional fee of $10 per referral Id addition request. The process will require the referral connection to be verified by the both the parties involved.

Additional Fees and Charges
Member agrees to pay any additional fees and charges during the referral program.
TradeGreeks has the right to change, add or delete fees and charges at any time TradeGreeks has the right to forfeit or adjust referral commissions in case of non-payment of any fees or charges to the members account.

Age and Responsibility
You represent and warrant that you are of sufficient legal age to use the Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Site and your participation in the Program.

Applicable law
The Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Arbitration taking place in Ohio shall be the exclusive dispute resolution process used by the parties hereto. Each of the parties hereby knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation. The Service is directed solely to individuals over the age of 18 residing in the United States. We make no representation that materials provided through the Service are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent applicable. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Service to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction we so desire, at any time and at our sole discretion, and to limit the quantities of any such service or product that we provide.

General
If any provision of the Referral Program Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the Referral Program Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption, or section title contained in the Referral Program Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. We reserve the right to require you to sign a non-electronic version of the Referral Program Agreement.

Acknowledgement
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRADEGREEKS REGARDING THE REFERRAL PROGRAM, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND TRADEGREEKS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
