1.3 Why should I become Facebook fan of TradeGreeks (www.facebook.com/TradeGreeks )?
You will not only get the latest promotions and discounts about TradeGreeks, but we also post our updated performance reports on the Wall. We also post occasional bonus trades, articles and much more. The intent is to ensure that we can keep our fans engaged in high quality Options Trading investment discussions.
1.4 Why is there a difference in the Pro-Trading-Profits (PTP) results and the one posted in your website?
By now you would have noticed that there are differences in the returns mentioned by PTP and by TradeGreeks. The transactions validated by PTP are exactly the transactions that we post at TradeGreeks performance report. TradeGreeks uses a portfolio size for their publication and reports the performance for the target portfolio, while the PTP reports it based on the investment done. For example, if the portfolio size is $10,000 and we do a transaction by investing $5,000 and close it for $7,000, with a profit of $2,000 (7000 - 5000). Then PTP will be showing a return of 40% (2000/5000) while TradeGreeks will report a return of 20% (2000/10000).
1.5 I don't have Pro-Trading-Profits (PTP) membership. How can I check TradeGreeks performance at PTP?
You can access TradeGreeks performance reports without having PTP membership. Visit http://www.tradegreeks.com/landing/ptplink.htm to get the access for TradeGreeks performance reports at PTP
2. Auto Trading
2.1 Can I auto trade your newsletter subscription?
YES. Most of our newsletter subscription services can be Auto Traded. Do, check the details of the newsletter subscription or ask us if you plan to auto trade our newsletter.
2.2 Can you recommend which Auto Trader is better?
We sure can help our subscribers finalize the auto trader, but the final decision is yours. Every auto trading provider has some advantages and disadvantages, so based on individual requirement an auto trader can be finalized.
2.3 Will I get similar returns as the newsletter if I auto trade?
This will depend on how you are setting up the auto trading and the auto trader itself. The fill prices and the number of contracts used by the auto trader may vary based on the auto trading setup. In most cases if set correctly you will find similar performance results as the newsletter.
2.5 How should I be setting up auto trading?
Auto Trading setup is a process between you and your auto trader. While TradeGreeks can provide information and can guide you setup auto trade, but TradeGreeks will not take any responsibility of the auto trade setup or the auto trade execution.
Most of the auto traders provide 2 types of basic setup, namely ‘fund allocation’ and ‘unit allocation’.
In case of ‘fund allocation’ the auto trader may have a total fund allocation for the newsletter and also per trade fund allocation. In this case the auto trader will disregard the contract number we issue in our alert and will calculate it based on the per trade allocation itself. Find below the details for Options Magic Newsletter which will help you setup ‘fund allocation’ method.
In case of ‘unit allocation’ the auto trader may have a unit multiplier factor for each account. When they receive the alert they will multiply the unit multiplier with our specified contract numbers before executing.
Check with us for autotrade allocation specific to a publication
2.6 Are there differences in the fill price that TradeGreeks shows and the fill price that my auto trader fill with?
It is quite likely that there maybe differences in the fill price across all the auto traders and also TradeGreeks. Since, we send out a limit order so the none of the auto trader will be filling you up at a higher rate than specified by us. Though you need to be aware that some auto traders do miss filling an alert completely while others filled it in. If this happens then you will be missing out that trade alert completely.
If an auto trader has multiple such issues then you may want to talk to the auto trader, and switch if necessary.
2.7 Can TradeGreeks help me if my auto trader did a mistake executing my trade?
TradeGreeks will do all possible efforts to address your concern, though you should be aware that TradeGreeks is not responsible for any issues caused by auto trader.
3. Working With Us
3.1 Why trade options?
Trading stocks alone lets you trade direction only. However, for you to make money, the market does not need to move in any specified direction. Smart traders and investors create more avenues of generating money by strategizing in such a way as to be hedged against any unforeseen event.
By creating strategies with a mix of options and stocks, you not only trade direction, but volatility and time as well. In addition to getting more revenue streams, you enjoy greater leverage. This means that a dollar earns you much more with the same move in underlying stock than if you traded stocks alone.
3.2 What features should my trading account have?
Check with your broker on whether they let you trade options or execute spread trade orders. You also need to enable both Level 4 option trading and margin trading in your account.
3.3 Do I have money back guarantee?
YES. Most of our products and services offer money back guarantee, please check the product details to confirm the same. We believe in what we say. For this reason, we have money back guarantee for most subscription recommendations. Since it is our duty to guide you to success, we do not penalize you for our failure. If we do not meet the promised returns in a money back guaranteed recommendation, even by 0.001%, we simply refund you 100% of your paid subscription fees.
3.4 Can I try your services before committing myself / Do you have a Trial period?
YES. We do have free trial period for most of the portfolio subscription services. There is absolutely NO OBLIGATION. You can cancel your membership any time within this period and you won’t be charged a cent. During purchase of a product with a trial period, you will be asked for your credit card but this will not be used until the trial period is over.
3.5 What is the difference between money back guarantee and the trial period?
Both are meant to ensure that you suffer ZERO risk. Money back policy ensures that if you have committed yourself to the portfolio subscription service, then we guarantee that you will get our minimal committed returns. On the other hand, the trial period is to give you time to decide and also to setup your Auto Trading where applicable. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service during the trial period you can cancel it without any charge.
3.6 Can I cancel my Newsletter/Subscription service?
YES. All our newsletter / subscription services can be cancelled at any time.
3.7 Do I get a refund when I cancel my newsletter/subscription?
Due to the nature of the Service, refunds will not be given for the Service. Once paid, a subscription fee cannot be refunded unless a separate TradeGreeks.com warranty policy applies. For monthly subscription services the cancellation will take effect from next billing cycle.
Once you cancel your newsletter subscription then you will stop receiving the subscribed newsletter after the cancellation. All your future recurring payments will be cancelled after the cancellation.
3.8 Why is Credit Card required when there is a free trail for a newsletter subscription?
At the beginning of the newsletter subscription process we create a recurring payment profile for our member. The profile is setup such that the first payment is scheduled after trial period ends. After that the subscribed member will be billed for the subscription fees every month.
3.9 What if the Credit Card used for newsletter subscription expires?
We will do every possible effort to track and remind you if a members’ credit card used for recurring subscription payment is due to expire soon. Though TradeGreeks offers no guarantee that we will be able track effectively for all our members, we believe it is our members responsibility to track their credit card validity and payments.
If a Credit Card which is used for paying the recurring subscription fees expires then TradeGreeks will notify the member and will stop any subsequent newsletter subscription releases to that member till the payment issues are resolved.
3.10 What is a referral program?
Note that the referral program may not be available for all the products and services. When available the referral program is another unique feature of TradeGreeks that recognizes your value to our business by boosting your income. It is designed to increase your income exponentially year after year with the number of people you refer to TradeGreeks. Read more about it in our Referral Program section.
